Susan holds vision for outstanding teaching and learning within the she schools that she is based, with a strong focus on evidence infromed practice focusing on the Education Endowment Foundation Teaching and Learning Toolkit and Guidance Reports. Susan has a reflective mindset, strategic thinking, and an external educational perspective that can help challenge ideas constructively and support research driven decisions.
