Charlotte is an experienced education professional, having worked for over 15 years in the state secondary sector.  A former Advanced Skills Teacher, Assistant Headteacher and most recently Deputy Headteacher at a large inner-London comprehensive school, her expertise lies predominantly in Quality of Education, staff CPD and Raising Standards including leadership of the public exams process within school.  She has worked as part of the Newham Community Learning Multi-Academy Trust, developing strategic relationships to improve the outcomes of students across the family of schools.  She is currently working in private business alongside raising two young children, and remains passionate about contributing to the best possible educational opportunities and outcomes for children and young people through her work as a Trustee for the Chelmsford Learning Partnership.
